You’ll take an assessment and complete a journaling exercise to help you better understand your anxiety and your biggest triggers, so you can come to your deep dive coaching session ready to wage war on your anxious brain.

Retrain Your Brain Coaching
In this one hour coaching session, you’ll get super clear on what’s causing the most anxiety for you and exactly what to do to overcome it. You’ll dig deep into what is at the root of your anxiety and how to shift out of constant worry so you can get results faster.

Homework to Kick Anxiety’s Butt
After coaching, you’ll receive an individualized plan for getting over your anxiety and changing your behaviors. You’ll know exactly what to do to begin shifting your thoughts and your emotions so you can start taking your power back and get more of what you want in life. You’ll also get one-on-one follow up support with a 30 minute session, where you can get specific feedback on how to keep applying your plan for the best results in the future.

What it Includes

I started to realize I had a problem when I kept chasing, grasping, and striving for goals I really didn't care about. It was like I couldn't help it. If I thought it would "look good" or that it would bring respect (i.e. love), I would jump at the chance.  Add to that a solid dose of  "good girl syndrome", and I could never be sure what I actually wanted for myself. All I knew was that it felt impossible to  just be happy with my life. I was using anxiety and worry to fuel my life choices, and it was NOT working.
